The types of commercial loan products we offer are used for the purchase and refinance of the following types of properties: Office, retail, warehouse, light industrial, dental, medical, day care, restaurants, auto service (not gas), and some special use property types. We do not offer our commercial loan products on: Gas stations, raw land, apartment buildings, or housing developments.

General Criteria to Qualify for a Commercial Loan with us:

The borrower must not have ever filed a bankruptcy.

The minimum credit score must be a 660

We offer owner occupied and investment commercial loan types as well as SBA 504 loans. Maximum loan to value we offer on our commercial loans range from 60% to 90% depending o the occupancy, type of property and commercial loan type.
