Our loans are often securitized with other commercial loans and sold to institutional investors. By offering our commercial loan products through brokers and other lending partners, we are able to originate commercial real estate mortgages without the expense of a brick and mortar presence. This allows us to keep expenses low and price in substantial loan premiums for your company while still offering competitive pricing to the end customer; most of the time at par.

OUR BUSINESS MODEL:

There are a number of mortgage lenders that offer mortgage originators the ability to earn substantial YSP on loans; however they charge significantly higher interest rates to the end customers. There are also companies that offer good interest rates to the end customer but limit the mortgage originator to very small or no YSP. Our business model is simple: “Pay the highest YSP in the industry, while delivering great rates to the end customer.
